摘要
目的:建立小儿腹泻外敷散中吴茱萸次碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定小儿腹泻外敷散中吴茱萸次碱含量。色谱柱:20RBAX Eclipse XDB—C18(4.6mm×250mm,5um);流动相:乙腈-水-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸(6:5:0.9:0.1);检测波长:34513.1TI;流速:1.0ml/min;进样量:10扯I;柱温:30℃。结果:昊茱萸次碱在0.292~2.920”g(r=0.9994)范围内线性关系良好。回归方程为:Y=29627X+3524.3,r=0.9994,吴茱萸次碱的平均回收率为99.66%,RSD为0.95%。结论:方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为小儿腹泻外敷散中吴茱萸次碱的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determing Rutaecarpine in Xiao' er Fu Xie Wai Fu Powder. Methods: HPLC deternination of Rutaecarpine in decoction of Xiao' er Fu Xie Wai Fu Powder. Column: 20RBAX Eclipse XDB- Cas(4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase:aeetonitrile- water - THF - acetic acid (6 : 5 : 0.9 : 0.1 ) ; detection wavelength: 345 nm; flow rate: 1.0 ml/mln; injection volume: 10 μ1; column temperature: 30 ℃. Rezults Rutaecarpine in 0. 292 -- 2. 920 μg ( r = 0.999 4) a good linear relationship. Regression equation: Y = 29627X + 3524.3, r = 0. 9994, rutaecarpine average recovery was 99.66 %, RSD 0.95 %. Conclusions: The method is simple and reproducible for the determination of Rutaecarpine in decoction of Xiao' er Fu Xie Wai Fu Powder by HPLC.
