矢志方治疗痰浊瘀阻型高尿酸血症肾病33例

Treatment of 33 cases of hyperuricemic nephropathy of phlegm-blood stasis by "Shizhi Decoction"

目的观察活血通络、利湿祛痰的矢志方治疗高尿酸血症肾病的临床疗效。方法将66例痰浊瘀阻型高尿酸血症肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各33例),治疗组口服中药矢志方治疗,对照组口服别嘌醇片治疗。两组疗程均为8周。观察两组临床疗效及血尿酸、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量、血红蛋白等变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为84.75%、66.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血尿酸均明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗组24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐和血红蛋白均明显改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05);而对照组仅血尿酸、血红蛋白水平较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),其他指标变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论矢志方对高尿酸血症肾病有确切治疗作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shizhi Decoction＂ in treating hyperuricemic nephropathy. Methods Sixty-six subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and treated respectively with ＂Shizhi Decoction＂ and allopurinol. The clinical efficacy, blood uric acid, blood creatinine and blood routine were detected. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 84.75% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Blood uric acid was obviously decreased in both groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）, with no difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. In treatment group, the levels of 24-hour urinary protein, blood creatinine and hemoglobin were obviously improved, which were improved more obviously than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; in control group, the blood uric acid and hemoglobin were improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Shizhi Decoction＂ is effective to treat hyperoricemic nephropathy.
