中西医结合治疗宫外孕(附35例报告)

EXTRA-UTERINE GESTATION TREATED WITH INTEGRATION OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE AND WESTERN MEDICINE (35 CASE REPORTS ATTACHED)

中西医结合治疗各类型宫外孕35例,应用“活血祛瘀”的原则和方药加减治愈29例,占82.8％,治疗过程中改用手术治疗6例,占17.1％。一般患者服药后3～7天腹痛减轻,腹胀消失。血肿包块消失需1～2月,平均住院26天。是一种治疗简便,疗效显著的方法。

35 cases of different kinds of extra-uterine gestation were treated under the guidance of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, 29 cases (82.8％) were cured by using the 'blood-activiting and siasis-removing' principle and by adding or reducing soml medicines. The other 6 cases (17.1％) were changed to treatment of operation. After the common patients took medicines for 3-7 days, the abdcminal gain was modified and the abdominal flatulence was abated. The abating of blood-clot needed 1-2 months. Averagely a patient needed to stay in the hospital for 26 days. After all, the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is considered to be an effective and convenient method of treatment
