化学发光技术在不同硒化合物毒理研究中的应用

摘要 本文采用化学发光技术,测定了不同浓度不同硒化合物对淋巴细胞ATP含量及GSH—PX活性的影响,并对~3H、^(14)C、^(125)I三标记参入DNA、RNA、蛋白质分析法的硒毒理研究结果作了简要的对此分析。结果表明,三种受试硒化合物在受试浓度范围内(10^(-8)~10^(-4)M),均使ATP含量有不同程度降低,使GSH—PX活性有不同程度升高,对DNA、RNA、蛋白质的参入呈现明显的双相性影响。 With chemiluminescence technique, the effect of various selenium forms and concentrations on ATP centent and GSH-px activity was observed. Compared study with the results of selenium on triple label incorporation of ^(125)Ⅰ-udR. ^(14)C-leu. ~3H-UR into DNA, RNA, protein was done at the same time. The results show that ATP content is much lower and GSH-px activity is much higher than the control when the samples contract selenium. Biphase effect of selenium compounds on precursors incorpcrate into DNA, RNA, protein is manifested by 48h after addition of selenium to the cell culture medium.
