摘要
本体是概念化的明确的规范说明,其目标是捕获相关领域的知识,提供对该领域知识的共同理解,确定该领域内共同认可的词汇,并从不同层次的形式化模式上给出这些词汇(术语)和词汇间相互关系的明确定义。传统的手工本体建模是一项耗时费力的繁杂工作。研发一个面向医疗诊断领域的本体自动生成系统,主要是对电子病历进行分析挖掘,构造医疗诊断本体,为今后的医疗诊断智能系统的开发建立知识基础。
Ontology is a conceptual specification aiming at a domain knowledge,and its goal is to capture the relevant domain knowledge,provide a common understanding of the domain knowledge,and determine the areas within the common recognition vocabulary.Gives the terms and their lexical relationship definition from different levels of formal models.The traditional method of building ontology is a complicated and complex work by manual labor.Proposes an ontology automatic generation system which builds the medical diagnosis ontology automatically,mainly including text mining medical electronic records and structural health diagnosis ontology,and to build a knowledge base for the future of intelligent medical diagnostic intelligence system.
