摘要
胃宁是治疗胃十二指肠溃疡的中药。小鼠以8g/kg的剂量灌胃,每日三次,连续二天,观察七天,未发现死亡;Wistar大鼠口服胃宁散8g/kg/d,连续三个月未出现明显毒性。表明胃宁是安全的口服制剂。
Toxicological stugy of weining which is used to treat gastric and duodenal ulcer is reported. The ID50 of oral weining is not determined in rats, The long term toxic experiment(3 months) with oral administration in rats does nct induce any significant toxic reaction. The results suggest that the thorapeutic dose of weining is safe and effective.
