特高比转速离心风机气动设计和性能优化 被引量:6

摘要 3-108离心风机独具流量大、全压低和比转速高等特殊性,会带来大的流动损失。针对这种情况,对3-108样机进行两次优化设计和试验。首轮样机试验,最高效率达82%,并发现选择流量和用户设计流量比高达124%。根据首轮样机的数据分析,又设计了第二轮样机,预估性能较好。 The type of 3-108 fan has the specificity of large flow,low total pressure and high specific speed,which will bring great flow losses.According to the situation,the optimized design and test is carried out for 3-108 model fan two times.Fortunately,a maximum fan efficiency of 82% is got for the first model fan and the ratio of election design flowrate to the original one is found as 124%.Then the second model fan is designed according to the analysis of the data got from the first model.Its prediction performance is good.
