摘要
利用有限元法,对某风机在随机振动试验中叶轮与进风口碰撞现象进行仿真分析,发现产生碰撞是蜗壳刚度不足所致,并提出了解决办法。
The finite element method is adopted to simulate and analyze the impact between impeller and the inlet of wind during the random vibration test for some fan.The reason of causing impact is that the insufficiency of stiffness of volute,and the solving method is pointed out.
