摘要
二次计算法是套装叶轮应力分析的经典方法。它基于应变-应力理论和应力叠加原理,求解过程需多次假设,逐次递推。本文分析了叶轮内各个截面上应力之间的关系,将各应力分量组成线性方程组,通过施加不同的边界条件,直接求解过盈量及各种工况下应力状态。该算法省去了迭代和修正过程,使计算得到简化。
The secondary calculation is the classic calculation method of the shrunk-on disc stress.It is based on stress-strain theory and principle of superimposed stresses.It need several times of assumption and progressive correction.The relation of stress of each section in shrunk-on disc was analyzed in this paper.The stresses can be grouped into system of linear equations.The magnitude of interference and stresses can be solved by using suitable boundary conditions.This algorithm spares the iteration and rectifying process,which simplifies the computation.
