摘要
介绍了网络化动态轨道衡监测系统的设计,分别阐述了系统的硬件设计和软件设计。硬件部分主要包括A/D转换电路,放大滤波电路,网络通讯接口电路和电源电路,为提高系统整体精度设计中采用了高精度的16位AD转换芯片AD7655,通讯方式采用以太网通讯;软件包括上位机和下位机两个模块,主要实现数据采集、以太网通讯、车体判别、数字滤波、数据存储、打印、查询、统计等功能。
This paper introduces the design of monitoring systems of networking dynamic railroad track scale.The design of hardware and software are illustrated respectively.Hardware module includes A/D convert circuit,amplifier circuit,low-pass filter circuit,communication network interface,and power circuit.The 16-Bit ADC chip AD7655 is used to raise the accuracy of the whole system and the Ethernet is adopted to transfer sampling data quickly.Software design is composed of upper computer program and lower computer program.The software module realizes the functions.
