邢台市献血者Rh血型表型频率分布调查 被引量:4

Investigation on Rh Phenotype Frequency Distribution among Blood Donors in Xingtai City

摘要 目的调查RhD、C、c、E、e抗原在献血者中的分布,确定Rh血型表型频率,为建立献血者Rh血型表型档案提供依据。方法采用微板法进行D、C、c、E、e抗原检测。结果 1 500名献血者Rh表型结果经χ2检验,差异无统计学意义,其分布符合Hardy-W e inberg平衡。在Rh血型表型中,以DCCee表型频率为最高,占0.400 0,其他依次为D cCEe(0.342 0)、D cCee(0.106 0)、D ccEE(0.069 3)、D ccEe(0.048 0)、DCCEe(0.019 4)、D cCEE(0.006 0)、D ccee(0.004 7)、dccee(0.003 3)和dCcee(0.001 3);基因组合体频率以DCe最多,占0.621 9,基因频率D最高,为0.931 7。结论该实验结果与国内的报道较接近。Rh血型表型频率符合北方人群分布特点。由于DCCee型为多,所以妊娠或输血后产生抗E、cE、Ce远较D抗体多。 [Objective]To investigate the distribution of the antigen of blood group RhD,C,c,E and e among the blood donors,to identify the phenotype frequency of the Rh,and provide basis for the phenotypic file of Rh blood donors.[Methods]Microplate technique was used to examine the antigen of D,C,c,E and e.[Results]After the χ2 examination of Rh phenotype of 1 500 blood donors,the result showed no significant difference and their distribution was in line with Hardy-Weinberg balance.Among the Eh blood group phenotypes,the phenotype frequency of DCCee was the highest,occupying 0.400 0,followed by DcCEe(0.342 0),DcCee(0.106 0),DccEE(0.069 3),DccEe(0.048 0),DCCEe(0.019 4,DcCEE(0.006 0),Dccee(0.004 7),dccee(0.003 3)and dCcee(0.001 3).In the frequency of gene assembly,DCe occupiedthe most,holding 0.621 9.D is the highest in gene frequency,having 0.931 7.[Conclusion]The result of this experiment is close to the domestic report.The phenotype frequency of Rh blood group matches the distributed feature of the northern population.Due to the DCCee as main type,the antibodies of E.cE and Ce produced after blood transfusion and pregnancy are more than that of D antibody.
