河南省临颍县艾滋病筛查结果的准确性

Accuracy of HIV Screening Results in Linying County of Henan Province

目的评价河南省临颍县艾滋病筛查实验室H IV抗体筛查结果的准确性趋势。方法对临颍县疾病预防控制中心艾滋病筛查实验室2005—2010年6年间的H IV抗体筛查检测结果进行分析。结果 6年间共检测H IV抗体3 263人次,其中初筛阳性344人次,复检阳性284人次,经过确认阳性257人次。初筛阳性的真阳性率由2005年的58.2%上升到2010年的86.7%,复检阳性的真阳性率由2005年的78.1%上升到2010年的100%。复检效率由2005年的25.5%下降到2010年的13.3%。结论艾滋病筛查实验室H IV抗体筛查准确性呈明显升高趋势。

[Objective]To evaluate the accuracy trend of HIV screening results in Linying County of Henan Province.[Methods]The HIV antibody screening results from Linying County CDC HIV screening laboratories during 2005-2010 were analyzed.[Results]A total of 3 263 person-time were detected for HIV antibody in 6 years,344 were positive in prescreening,284 were positive in recheck,257 were conformed as HIV antibody positive.True positive rate of prescreening increased from 58.2% in 2005 to 86.7% in 2010,that of recheck decreased from 25.5% to 13.3% in 2010.[Conclusion]The accuracy of HIV antibody screening by HIV screening laboratories shows obvious upward tendency.
