小波包技术在轧机转轴扭振分析中的应用

摘要 轧机转轴上存在裂纹与间隙时会引起扭振信号,利用小波包技术对测得的信号进行了频带能量分析,通过统计分析找出其规律性,以此作为依据即可判断出轧机主传动系统的工作状态。提出了小波包技术在轧机转轴扭振分析中的应用方法可以推广应用在更多的轧制设备上,如轧管机和矫直机等,该方法的应用将更有利于轧制生产中的故障诊断。 It is known that the torsional signal may occur due to any crack or gap as developed on the drive spindle of the rolling mill. Accordingly, the wavelet pocket technique is used to conduct relevant frequency band energy analysis of the signal as caught, and then find out the regularity via the statistical analysis, based on which, the operation status of the main drive system of the mill can be just determined. It is proposed that the method of using the wavelet pocket technique in roiling mill drive spindle torsional analysis be spread up to more rolling equipment like the pipe-rolling mill and the straightening machine, etc. Application of the technique will further improve fault diagnosis effectiveness for the rolling operation.
