A Study on MES of JCOE Pipe Mill Line based on Proficy Intelligent Platform

介绍了基于西门子TIA全集成自动化平台,构建JCOE生产线基础自动化系统;基于ISA-95标准和GE Proficy智能平台,设计JCOE生产线MES系统的解决方案。将MES系统引入JCOE生产线,可实现JCOE制管过程的组织、管理和决策的最优化,以信息技术提高JCOE生产线的生产效率和制管质量。

Elaborated in the article is the building up of the basic automation system for the JCOE pipe production line based on the Siemens TIA （Totally Integrated Automation） platform. With employment of the standard MES module of ISA-95 and the GE Proficy Intelligent Platform, a solution for designing the MES system for the JCOE pipe operation line is made. Getting the MES system incorporated with the JCOE line will realize the optimization of arrangement, management and decision-making for the JCOE pipe-making process so as to enhance the productivity and product quality of the line via introduction of relevant IT support.
