穴位贴敷对麻黄附子细辛汤抗炎、镇痛作用影响的实验研究

The Effect of Acupoint Sticking in Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction on Anti-inflammation and Analgesic Action

目的:探讨麻黄附子细辛汤经穴位给药治疗变应性鼻炎的有效性,并为临床选穴提供依据。方法:选择治疗变应性鼻炎的常用穴———大椎穴和神阙穴为给药部位,考察麻黄附子细辛汤提取物穴位贴敷对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,除麻黄附子细辛汤非穴位组镇痛作用有显著性差异(P<0.05)外,鼻炎康片组及麻黄附子细辛汤各穴位给药组抗炎及镇痛作用均有极显著性差异(P<0.01);与非穴位组比较,麻黄附子细辛汤大椎穴组抗炎及镇痛作用均有显著性差异(P<0.05),麻黄附子细辛汤神阙穴组及大椎穴+神阙穴组差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:麻黄附子细辛汤经皮给药(穴位贴敷或非穴位贴敷)均有抗炎镇痛作用;穴位贴敷有利于麻黄附子细辛汤抗炎、镇痛作用的发挥,并以大椎穴为佳。

Objective：To explore the validity of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis by acupoint drug administration.Methods：Choosing the commonly-used acupoints-Dazhui acupoint and Shenque acupoint at the administration place in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,the influence of acupoint sticking in Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction extract on the ear swelling induced by xylene and writhing induced by acetic were investigated.Results：Compared with blank control group,both the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Biyankang tablet group and Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction by each acupoint drug administration group showed great significant differences（P0.05）,except for the analgesic effects of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction non-acupoint group showed significant differences（P0.01）.Compared with non-acupoint group,both the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction on Dazhui acupoint group showed significant differences（P0.05）.However,the Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction on Shenque acupoint group and on Dazhui acupoint plus Shenque acupoint group were not significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The transdermal administration（acupoint sticking or non-acupoint sticking） of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction has effects on anti-inflammatory and analgesic function.Acupoint sticking is helpful to play the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction,especially at Dazhui acupoint for the best.
