摘要
目的:探讨针刺抗脑老化的作用机制。方法:将常用的抗衰老穴位分为督穴组和体穴组,观察不同组穴对衰老大鼠模型脑组织NO、NOS含量及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活性的影响。结果:D-gal致大鼠衰老后,脑组织中NO、NOS的含量明显升高,督穴组、体穴组均有延缓其含量升高的作用,且督穴组较体穴组作用强(P<0.05),具有显著性差异。而脑细胞膜Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性明显降低,各针刺组均有延缓其活性降低的作用,督穴组、体穴组之间比较,督穴组脑细胞膜Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性明显高于体穴组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺可以通过提高Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性,稳定NOS浓度,从而平衡NO含量,充分发挥NO生理机能,而发挥抗脑衰老的作用,同时督穴组抗脑老化作用更为理想。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of acupuncture to Brain Aging.Methods:Common anti-aging points will be divided into the governor group and the body group.To observe the impact of acupuncture on the contents of induced aging rats' brain tissue NO,NOS and the activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP enzymes in different groups.Results:After D-gal induced rats senescence brain tissue NO,NOS were significantly increased,both governor group and body group had the role of delaying its contents increased.And the governor group was stronger than the body group(P0.05),which had a significant difference.While the brain cell membrane Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase's activity was significantly lower.Each acupuncture group had the role of delaying its activity reducing,compared between the governor group and the body group,the governor's brain cell membrane Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity was significantly higher than that in the body group.There was a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Through improving the Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity,Acupuncture can stable NOS concentration,balance the NO contents,fully play physiological function of NO,and it plays the role of anti-brain aging and the role of the governor group is more desirable.
