针灸治疗便秘古代文献研究初探

Ancient Literatures on Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Constipation

目的:对针灸治疗便秘的古代文献进行文献计量学分析,探索总结便秘的治疗规律,以指导针灸治疗便秘的临床实践。方法:根据预先制订的检索策略,电子检索《中华医典-针灸推拿类》所收录的历代主要中医著作并建立数据库,从出处、成书年代、穴方以及进针深度、行针时间、手法、辅助方法、禁忌等方面进行数据提取。结果:共获得106篇文献,涉及19个主要穴位(出现频次3次以上),共97频次,分布于7条经络。结论:古代针灸治疗便秘体现了以脾为主的辨证特色,经脉选用以肾经、膀胱经、脾经为多,以远端取穴为主,多行浅刺,重用灸法。

Objective：To explore and summarize the law of acupuncture and moxibustion for constipation in ancient literatures,so as to guide the clinical practice.Methods：We searched the＂Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Acupucnture and Tui Na Section＂and abstacted information including reference books,dynasty,acupuncture perscriptions,depth of needling,methods and timing of manipulation and contraindication,with which we built a database.Results：We obtained 106 pieces of literature,involving 19 acupoints（appeared≥3 times）,97 frequencies,belonging to 7 meridians.Conclusion：In ancient times,the law of acupuncture and moxibustion for constipation focuses mainly on sydrome differentiation of the spleen,and often chooses acupoints on kidney meridian,urinary bladder meridian and spleen meridian.Distant acupoints,shallow needling and moxibustion are also commonly applied.
