A Method for Medium Curing and Sterilizing of Scale Production for Cordyceps Militaris

介绍了一种适用于规模化培育北冬虫夏草的培养基熟化及灭菌方法。这种方法对常见培养基熟化和灭菌方法进行了改进,其特点在于:1)采用的双开门隧道式压力蒸汽灭菌器前门进料时后门自行锁闭、后门出料时前门自行锁闭;2)灭菌器出料后门紧接的是10万级净化洁净控制缓冲区。这种方法可以解决现有方法无法大容量处理培养基,以及灭菌后的培养基易大批量的霉变的问题。

This article presents a method for medium curing and sterilizing of scale production for cordyceps militaris.It is an improvement as to the usual method,which has following features： 1.Use double door tunnel pressure vapour sterilizer,whose front door or back door is locked automatically while the other door is opened;2.The 100k grade clean control buffer area is right next to the sterilizer back door.By using this method,batch of medium can be treated;The sterilized medium moldy pollution is controlled as well.
