浅谈煅烧高岭土作为填充料在胶印洋红油墨中的应用

碳酸钙作为一种填充料用于胶印油墨配方已使用多年，而煅烧高岭土是最近几年开始用于胶印油墨中的，使用的历史较短。因此该文章研究了在胶印洋红油墨中用煅烧高岭土作为填充料来代替碳酸钙，并考察了其对油墨应用性能的影响。

Organic pigment was different from dye, which was colored in diffusion state im medium. The coloring effects were directly affected by pigment particle sige and distrilution im stakle diffusion syaterm. Different assistants were requied in pigment synthesis stage, medium diffusion process, and pigment surface treatment according to different application demand. As for the main function of the assistants, most＇of them are concerned of wetting and dispersion. The detail demands on the organic pigment assistants were put forward on the lasis of wetting and dispersion mechanism. Assistants with good properties were given for the selection of organic pigment plants and the reference to products developments for assistants enterprise. The eco-safety of presant organic pigment assistants was evaluated. Proflematical assistants must be kept away and forbidden to avoid affecting the downriver industries.
