摘要
在阴/非离子表面活性剂作用下,将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)与丙烯酸月桂酯(LA)、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)及γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPMS)在水相进行乳液共聚,合成了一种硅烷改性氟代聚丙烯酸酯(DLHM)乳液。用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)和透射电镜(TEM)等对DLHM的结构及乳液的物化性能进行了表征和测定。再将DLHM乳液制备成氟碳涂层,考察温度、乳液用量对涂层表面性能的影响。结果表明,DLHM乳液具有核壳结构、平均粒径为131 nm、Zeta电位为-24.09 mV。当固化温度为150℃、乳液用量为25 g时,所得涂层性能最佳,与水的接触角达128°,表现出良好的拒水效果。
A fluorinated polyacrylate (DLHM) emulsion was prepared by copolymerization of dodeeafluoroheptyl methacrylate ( DFMA ), lauryl acrylate ( LA ), 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate ( HPMA ) and 3-( methylacryloxyl ) propyltri-methoxy silane ( MPMS ) in the presence of anionie/nonionic surfactants. The structure and physicochemical properties of DLHM were characterized by infrared spectrum (IR),1H-nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR) and transition electron microscopy(TEM). Then the DLHM emulsion was utilized to prepare the fluorocarbon coating and the effect of temperature and dosage of emulsion on the surface properties of the coating was discussed. The results show that the DLHM latexes possess core - shell structures with an average particle size of 131 nm and zeta potential of -24. 09 mV. The coating displays favorable water repellency and the water contact angle on its surface is 128℃ when the dosage of emulsion is 25 g and the curing temperature is 150℃.
