教研员承担着中小学教学研究、科研课题研究、学科建设、教育质量监控、教师教学业务管理等多方面任务,在理论专家和实践教师之间发挥着桥梁和纽带作用。当前,教师专业化已成为师资队伍建设的重要发展方向。而在提高教师素质、促进教师专业化发展的过程中,教研员起着不可忽视的关键性作用。

Teaching and research staff undertake the teaching and research of primary and secondary, and take charge of education quality, academic development, operations management and other aspects of teaching tasks. They act as a bridge between experts in the theory and teachers who develop themselves in practice. Currently, professional development of teachers has become the main direction.
