摘要
当前我国法学专业民事诉讼法课程教学目标不明晰,普遍存在偏重理论讲授、偏离法律职业、学生实践能力欠缺等问题,并加剧了学生就业困难。为此,需要紧密联系民事诉讼法学科特点,在明确界定民事诉讼法教学目标的基础上,转换教学主体,从采用案例教学法、应用多媒体教学手段以及设置专门的实践教学阶段等多个方面改进民事诉讼法教学方法。
The current education goal of Civil Procedure Law is not clear. The prevailing emphasis is on teaching theory. It deviate from the legal profession and the lack of practical ability of students to solving problems aggravate employment difficulties. So we should define teaching objectives of Civil Procedure clearly, elesly with academic characteristics of Civil Procedure, and transform the main of teaching, and improvement teaching methods from the following areas : using case teaching method, and application of multimedia teaching methods, and practicing teaching.
