摘要
分析了我国汽车售后服务质量管理现状和存在的问题,对我国汽车销售模式的发展演变及其对售后服务的要求变化进行了阐述,最后对我国汽车售后服务质量管理提出了对策建议,为提高我国汽车售后服务质量管理水平作出了有益的探索。
The article analyzed the current situation and shortages in China's auto after-sales service quality management. Then it elaborated on the development process of China's auto sales model, and its impact on the evolution in service requirements. Finally, the paper proposed countermeasures on China's auto after-sales service quality management. This is a useful exploration to improve the quality of China's auto after-sales service quality management.
