摘要 【目的】评估呼吸功能锻炼对改善老年非小细胞肺癌(nonsmallcelllungcancerNSCLC)患者肺功能的效果。【方法】选择2007年5月至2009年3月接受放射治疗的NSCLC患者42例,进行缩唇呼吸训练和腹式呼吸训练,分别评价训练前、训练后3、6个月肺功能改善情况。【结果】呼吸操训练3~6个月后患者的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEVl)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEVl/FVC)和二氧化碳分压(PaCQ)、氧分压(PaOz)的差异有统计学意义。【结论】呼吸功能锻炼可改善肺癌患者的肺功能,提高患者对放射治疗的耐受性。 [Objective] To assess the efficacy of respiratory function exercise for improving pulmonary function in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). [Methods] Forty two NSCLC patients treated by radiotherapy were selected from May 2007 to March 2009. All patients received contractile lip respiratory exercise and abdominal respiratory exercise. The improvement of lung function was evaluated before training and at 3 and 6 months after training. [Results] There were significant differences in FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PaCO2 and PaO2 between before respiratory exercise and 3 - 6 months after respiratory exercise. [Conclusion] Respiratory function exercise can improve pulmonary function of lung cancer patients and increase the tolerance to radiotherapy.
