Diagnosis and Treatment of 4 Cases of Testicular Feminization Syndrome and a Review of the Literature

【目的]探讨睾丸女性化综合征（TFS）的，临床特征和诊治方法。【方法】回顾性分析4例TFS的诊断方法、治疗措施及结果。结合文献资料分析和讨论TFS的特征及诊疗方法。【结果】4例患者均行双侧睾丸切除术，术后给予雌激素补充治疗及心理辅导，综合治疗取得良好效果。【结论】TFS并不少见，合理的手术时机对治疗十分重要，术后补充雌激素及心理治疗同样关键。

[Objective]To explore the clinic features, diagnosis and treatment of patients with testicular feminization syndrome. [Methods] The diagnostic methods, therapeutic measures and results of 4 patients with testicular feminization syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. The features and diagnostic and treatment methods of testicular feminization syndrome were analyzed and discussed through the review of literatures. [Results] All 4 cases underwent bilateral cryptorchiectomy. After operation, all patients were given estrogen supplement treatment and psychological guidance. Comprehensive therapy obtained effective resuhs. [Conclusion] Testicular feminization syndrome is not a rare disease. Not only rational operation time is very impor rant, hut also estrogen supplement and psychological guide after operation are necessary.
