高同型半胱氨酸血症对急性心肌缺血再灌注后梗死心肌的影响

摘要 【目的】探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症对急性心肌缺血再灌注后梗死心肌的影响。【方法】将20只SD大鼠,随机分为两组:缺血再灌注组(A组)、高同型半胱氨酸处理组(B组),每组10只。连续给药10周后结扎冠状动脉左室降支60min后松开结扎线再灌注心肌,观察ORS合值、肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的变化情况。【结果】结扎前B组大鼠血同型半胱氨酸水平高于A组(P〈0.01),结扎再灌注后B组QRS合值明显大于A组(P〈O.05),CK、LDH水平高于A组(P〈0.01)。【结论】腹腔注射同型半胱氨酸可诱发高同型半胱氨酸血症,增加缺血再灌注心肌的梗死面积。 [Objective] To explore the effect of hyperhomoeystinemia(Hhcy) on infracted myocardium after reperfusion of acute myocardial ischemia. [Methods] Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into ischemia- reperfusion group( n = 10) and Hhcy group( n = 10). After 10 weeks of successive medication, the ischemia- reperfusion models were made by ligating left ventricle descending braneh of coronary artery for 60 minutes and then unclamping the branch for the reperfusion of myocardium. The changes of QRS value, creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were observed. [Results] Before vessel ligation, the level of homoeys- teine(Hcy) in Hhey group was obviously higher than that in ischemia-reperfusion group( P 〈0. 01). After vessel ligation and reperfusion, QRS value in Hhcy group was obviously higher that in ischemia-reperfusion group( P 〈0. 05), and the levels of CK and LDH in Hhcy group were also higher than those in ischemia- reperfusion group( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] Abdominal injection with Hey can induce Hhcy and increase the infarction area after myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.
