摘要
[目的]探讨子宫癌及子宫肌瘤患者血清催乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)水平的变化及其与子宫癌和子宫肌瘤的关系。【方法】选择2008年3月到2010年10月在本院就诊的37例子宫癌患者和56例子宫肌瘤患者作为观察组对象,另以同期健康生育年龄妇女30例作为对照组,采用放射免疫分析方法分别检测三组的血清PRL、T和E2水平并进行比较。【结果】子宫癌组和子宫肌瘤组的PRL、T、E2水平均显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);子宫癌组的PRL、T、E2水平均显著高于子宫肌瘤组,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。【结论]PRL、T、E2水平的变化可能与子宫肌瘤、子宫癌的发病有关,测定该类患者血清PRL、T、E2水平对了解病情、指导临床实践具有一定的价值。
[Objective] To explore the changes of serum levels of prolactin(PRL), testosterone(T), estradiol(E2) and their correlation with the development of uterine cancer and uterine fibroids. [Methods] Thirty seven cases of uterine cancer and 56 cases of uterine fibroids who were treated in our hospital from March 2008 to October 2010 were selected as the observation group. Other 30 healthy women in the same time were taken as the control group. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum PRL, T and E2 levels of three groups respectively and the data were then compared. [Results] Serum PRL, T and E2 levels of both uterine cancer group and uterine fibroids group were markedly higher than those in control group, and there were significant differences between two groups( P 〈0.05). Serum PRL,T and E2 levels of uterine cancer group were obviously higher than those in uterine fibroids group, and there were also significant difference between two groups ( P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion] Changes of serum levels of PRL, T and E2 may be correlated to the development of uterine cancer and uterine fibroids. The determination of serum PRL, T and E2 levels has some value for the assessment of pathogenetic condition and guidance of clinical practice.
