The paper points out the leakage at the external walls is one of the common diseases in current high-rise residential projects,analyzes the reasons for the leakage at external walls and the respective pre-controlling measures by combining with many-year construction experience and summery of examples and the repeated exploration,and illustrates it has better effect by strict control and implementation,so it can be referred further.
