摘要
针对很多工程中出现的三超现象,分析了工程设计阶段投资特点及工程设计对工程造价的影响,总结了当前工程设计阶段存在的问题,并提出了相应的设计阶段造价控制方法,以期指导实践。
According to the three ultra phenomena in many projects,the paper analyzes the investment features of the engineering design stages and the influence of the engineering design on engineering costs,sums up the problems in the current engineering design stage,and points out the respective costs controlling methods at design stage,so as to direct the practice.
