This paper explores the significance of responsibility in construction project management,proposes the view that project management responsibility is more important than idea,describes how to improving the implementation force of construction project management,such as enhancing sense of crisis,team consciousness and law consciousness,and implementing construction schedule quality,security and cost responsibility as well.
