摘要
目的探讨手术方法治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法收集2006年1月～2011年1月在我院妇产科住院的177例子宫内膜异位症患者,分别行保守性手术、半根治性手术及根治性手术三种手术治疗,回顾性分析177例患者的临床资料,对术后复发相关因素和相关复发治疗进行研究分析。结果保守治疗组患者复发率较其他两组高,根治性手术患者无一例复发,半根治性手术后复发的相关因素因病例数有限,难以进一步统计分析。结论不同方式治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效和不良反应有着明显的差异,应根据患者要求选择合理的手术方式。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect by different operation methods to treat endometriosis. Methods All 177 patients with endometriosis from January 2006 to January 2011 in our hospitals undergoing conservative surgery, half radical surgery and radical surgery were collected, and three kinds of surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively; The clinical data of 177 patients of postoperative recurrence and related factors and related recurrence treatment were analyzed. Results The recurrence rate of patients was higher in conservative treatment group than in other two groups the radical surgery patients relapse, no one, half a radical surgery recurrent related factors were analyzed, because the number of cases was limited, the difficulty in making further statistical analysis. Conclusion Different treatment endometriosis curative effect and adverse reaction has obvious difference, should according to patients require the choice of surgical treatment of operations.
