手部肌腱损伤微创手术的修复研究

The Minimally Invasive Surgical Repairing for Hand Tendon Injuries

目的关于微创手术治疗手部肌腱损伤的效果研究。方法笔者2009年9月～2010年12月进行了手部屈肌腱损伤微创手术修复病例65例,均衡年龄、性别、病情差异后,分为传统组28例,微创组37例,传统组给予传统手术方法,微创组给予微创治疗方法。结果根据TAM标准,微创组和传统组的治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),微创组的整体治疗效果(优良率86.5%)优于传统组(优良率53.6%)。结论微创手术可有效治疗手部肌腱损伤,在减少粘连、改善预后方面效果显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery in treating hand tendon injury. Methods Selected 65 hand tendon injury patients that treated by minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from September 2009 to December 2010, balanced for age, sex, condition differences, we divided them into traditional group 28 cases in it, received the traditional surgical methods; minimally invasive group 37 cases in it, received minimally invasive treatment. Results According to TAM standard, There were significantly different on the efficacy between minimally invasive group and conventional treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ） the efficacy of minimally invasive treatment group was better than those of the traditional group. Conclusion It is effective of minimally invasive surgery to treat hand tendon injury, and it＇ s effective to reduce the adhesion, improve the prognosis.
