三维断层比色、配色技术在口腔修复中的临床应用研究

Study on the Clinical Application of Three-dimensional Fault Colorimetry and Color Matching Technology in Restorative Dentistry

目的探讨三维断层比色、配色技术在口腔修复中的临床应用。方法对我院277例患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组采用三维断层比色的方法为患者进行修复体选择,Ⅱ组采用常规比色方法,观察两组患者修复体带入后其色泽是否满意,由患者和医师共同评价。结果采用三维断层比色、配色技术,患者对修复体的色泽满意度较高,达94.71%,医生的满意度为93.53%,满意度明显优于采用常规比色方法(P<0.05),证明三维断层比色、配色技术可较好地为患者口腔提供更完美的色泽。结论使用三维断层比色、配色技术,可在口腔修复中取得较好的效果,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical application of three-dimensional fault colorimetry and color matching technology in restorative dentistry. Methods All 277 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, Ⅰ group was using three- dimensional fault colorimetry and color matching technology of the color restoration method for the patients, Ⅱ group was using conventional colorimetric method. Results Three-dimensional fault calorimetry and color matching technology, the color restoration in patients with higher satisfaction, up to 94.71%, the doctor was 93.53%, satisfaction was significantly better than the conventional colorimetric method （ P 〈 0.05 ）, it was proof that three-dimensional fault colorimetry and color Matching technology can be better for the patient＇s mouth to provide more perfect color. Conclusion Using three-dimensional fault than color matching technology, which get better in oral rehabilitation in effect, it is in clinical use.
