微切口白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的发展

摘要 微切口白内障超声乳化术因具有比一般小切口手术创伤更小等优点而被认为是未来自内障手术的发展方向,然而就像其他新技术一样,在其发展的早期亦存在不少问题,如:因没有超声乳化针头袖套而产生对切口的热灼伤、前房稳定性较差、缺乏适合微切口植入的人工晶状体等。近年来随着超声乳化仪及其软件更新、手术技术和微切口人工晶状体的发展,以上问题逐步得以解决。
