摘要
以绿原酸含量为指标评价金银花品质。采用索氏提取法提取其叶中的绿原酸,用高效液相色谱法对绿原酸含量进行测定。结果表明:检测波长选择为242 nm,绿原酸在0.20～1.00μg呈现良好的线性关系,RSD=1.08,回归方程为Y=30 517.234 X+4.433,r=0.999 9(n=5),绿原酸含量为2.6%。可见金银花品质较好,具有巨大的开发和利用价值。
The objectives to appraised Flos lonicerae＇s quality by the content of chlorogenic acid.Chlorogenic acid were extracted with Soxhlet extraction method,the content of chIorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae was determined by HPLC.The results indicated that detecting wavelength was 242 nm ,the method was linear at chlorogenic acid ranging from 0.20 to 1.00 μg,RSD was 1.08 ,typical equation was Y=30 517.234 X＋4.433 ,r=0.999 9（n= 5）, the content of chlorogenie acid was 2.6%.Therefore, Flos lonicera with good quality had great value on development and utilization.
