摘要 Wnt/Wingless信号通路,即β-catenin/TCF通路,是关系细胞生长、发育的关键性信号系统。本文主要就该经典Wnt信号通路中β-catenin/TCF的生物学特性与相互作用、Kaiso的生物学特性与Wnt/β-catenin信号通路之间的相互作用关系以及Kaiso和β-catenin/TCF得对肿瘤影响予以综述。 Wnt/ Wingless signaling ,namely β -catenin/TCF signaling pathway, plays a fundamental role in animal development. This article is aimingly to summarize the thesis on the biological property and interaction of β-catenin/TCF ,the biological characteristics of Kaiso ,the interaction between Kaiso and β-catenin/TCF-4 as well as their influence on tumor.
