显微超声技术应用于老年患者根管治疗的护理配合

目的探讨显微超声技术应用于老年患者根管治疗的护理配合体会。方法回顾性分析2009年10月-2010年10月本院口腔科门诊107例行显微镜根管治疗老年患者的临床资料,并总结护理配合要点。结果 107例老年患者术程顺利,手术时间30-50min,中位时间35.62min;患牙经根管治疗充填后,X线片显示为恰充,术后无并发症发生。结论在显微镜根管治疗手术过程中,护士正确熟练的护理配合有利于提高手术过程的工作效率,保证显微镜根管治疗手术取得成功。

Objective To summarize the experiences in nursing aged patients undergoing the root canal treatment under dental operating microscope.Methods The clinical data of 108 aged patients undergoing the root canal treatment under dental operating microscope in October 2009 to October 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.The main points in the nursing cooperation were summarized.Results The treatments for all the 108 cases were successful,the operation lasted 30-50 minutes,averaged 35.62 min.X-ray examination showed correct fill-in of gutta-percha after the treatment,without complications.Conclusions Skilled nursing cooperation during the root canal treatment under dental operating microscope is good for the increases of curative efficiency.It is also an assurance for successful treatment under dental operating microscope.
