蜂蜜与蜂王浆敷料结合封闭式负压引流治疗压疮的效果观察及护理

目的观察蜂蜜与蜂王浆敷料结合封闭式负压引流治疗坏死溃疡期压疮的效果,并总结护理要点。方法选择2005年8月-2010年7月本院收治的60例坏死溃疡期压疮患者,按照入院的先后顺序分为观察组34例(36处压疮)和对照组26例(27处压疮)。对照组采用传统方法清创、换药和局部引流治疗,观察组在清创后应用蜂蜜与蜂王浆混合自制敷料结合封闭式负压引流治疗压疮,比较两组患者的疗效、肉芽组织生长时间、清创换药次数及治愈时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,清创换药次数少于对照组,肉芽组织生长时间及治愈时间短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论蜂蜜与蜂王浆混合自制敷料结合负压封闭引流治疗坏死溃疡期压疮,具有疗效好、愈合时间短的优点,且价格便宜,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of closed suction drainage plus honey and royal jelly on pressure sores and summarize the key care points.Methods 60 patients with necrotic ulcers admitted to our hospital during August 2005 to July 2010 were assigned into the observational group（n = 36） and the control group（n = 27） according to the admission sequence.Control group was treated by debridement,dressing,local drainage,while the observation group received closed suction drainage plus honey and royal jelly after debridement.The two groups were compared as regards the curative effect,the granulation time,the times for debridement and dressing and treatment time.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the granulation times were less,the granulation time and the treatment time were shorter that those of the control group（all P 0.05）.Conclusion Closed suction drainage plus honey and royal jelly is advantageous in curative effect,curative duration and medical expenses in the treatment of pressure sores.
