院前急救护理路径在脑卒中患者院前急救中的应用

目的观察院前急救护理路径在脑卒中患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法选择2009年1月-2010年12月本院急诊科经"120"收治的脑卒中患者268例,将其分为实验组141例和对照组127例。对照组采用常规院前急救护理措施,实验组采用院前急救护理路径对患者实施院前急救。比较两组患者从呼救到实施院前急救时间、开始接受专业治疗时间、死亡率和致残率。结果实验组从呼救到实施院前急救及开始接受专业治疗时间短于对照组,死亡率和致残率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论应用院前急救护理路径可以缩短患者院前急救的救治时间,降低患者的死亡率和致残率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of prehospital emergency nursing pathway on patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods 268 patients with cerebral apoplexy were rescued and treated in the department of emergency during January 2009 to December 2010.They were randomized into two groups：the experimental group（n = 141） and the control group（n = 127）.The experimental group was treated by prehospital cerebral apoplexy nursing pathway and the control group received normal prehospital nursing procedure.The two groups were compared concerning the time from call to beginning of care by the department of emergency,the time for beginning professional therapy,the mortality and the disability rates.Results The mortality and disability rates in the experimental group were decreased significantly（both P 0.05） and the time from call to beginning of care by the department of emergency and the time for beginning professional therapy in the experimental group were both significantly shorter than those of the control group.The mortality and the disability rates were both lowered significantly than those of the control group（both P 0.05）.Conclusion Prehospital nursing pathway can shorten the time of prehospital care of cerebral apoplexy and decrease its mortality and disability rates,and it deserves to be popularized.
