老年脑卒中住院患者护理安全隐患分析及对策

目的探讨老年脑卒中住院患者护理安全隐患,并提出相应护理对策,以提高老年脑卒中患者住院期间的护理安全。方法分析2007年1月-2009年12月在本院住院的老年脑卒中患者护理安全隐患发生的原因,提出相应的护理对策。结果本院3年期间发生护理安全隐患22起,其主要发生的原因是患者内在因素、外在因素和护理人员因素。结论增加护士的安全防范意识;加强入院患者评估,确定高危人群;对患者及家属实施个体化的健康教育对保障老年脑卒中患者住院期间的安全,减少医疗纠纷的发生具有重要的意义。

Objective To enhance the nursing security of old patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods The reasons of nursing insecurity of old patients with cerebral apoplexy during their hospitalization were analyzed during January 2007 and December 2009 and the corresponding methods of nursing intervention were suggested.Result During three-year period,22 cases of insecure nursing incidents happened and attributed to the internal and external factors as well as the factors from the nurses.Conclusion Enhanced the sense of the nursing security,reinforced assessments at admission to ascertain the popularity of high risk,and individualized health education are critical for ensuring the nursing security of the patients with cerebral apoplexy and reducing the medical disputes.
