摘要
目的探讨护理组长评判性思维能力的培养在提高护理查房质量中的作用。方法将40名护理组长随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各20名。两组均采用传统的培训方法,试验组在此基础上采用"听、查、问、析、评"评判性思维护理查房方法进行培训。比较培训前后护理组长查房质量。结果培训后试验组查房质量优于培训前和对照组,组内和组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论将评判性思维理念和技能运用于护理查房中,对提高护理查房的质量起到一定的推动作用。
Objective To explore the effect of training critical thinking ability of nursing team leader on the quality of nursing round.Methods 40 nursing team leaders were equally divided two groups randomly:observation group and control group.Both groups received traditional training.Besides,critical thinking training was adopted in the observation group by way of listening,checking,inquiring,analyzing and assessing'.The qualities of the nursing round were compared between the two groups.Result After training the quality of the nursing rounds was significantly improved compared to that before training and in the observation group(all P 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of critical thinking training can improve the quality of nursing round.
