随着艾滋病防治经费的不断增多,各国都面临着如何合理、有效地分配艾滋病防治资源的问题。文章系统地介绍了国际上应用较多的艾滋病防治资源需求评估方法,以利于在资源需求评估过程中,有选择性地使用适合于本地的评估方法,从而促进艾滋病防治资源更加有效的利用。

With the increasing of the funding of AIDS, most countries are faced with how to appropriately and effectively allocate resources of AIDS control and prevention. This article has introduced systematically the methods of resource need assessment for AIDS control and prevention applied in most countries, which helps to select correct methods of assessment according to the local conditions, and accelerate efficient resource utilization.
