妊娠期高血压综合征患者血清钙、镁及LDL-C、IL-8、脂联素、MMP-9水平变化研究

Study on the changes of serum calcium,magnesium,LDL-C,IL-8,adiponectin and MMP-9 levels in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的:探讨妊娠期高血压综合征患者血清钙、镁及LDL-C、IL-8、脂联素、MMP-9水平变化规律。方法:选取2008年6月～2009年12月于该院进行治疗的62例妊娠期高血压综合征患者为研究观察组,同时选取同期的62例健康孕妇为对照组,将两组孕妇的血清钙、镁及LDL-C、IL-8、脂联素、MMP-9水平进行检测及比较。结果:观察组的血清钙、镁、脂联素、MMP-9水平低于对照组,血清LDL-C、IL-8水平高于对照组,且随疾病的加重波动幅度越来越大,经比较,P<0.05或P<0.01,有统计学差异。结论:妊娠期高血压综合征患者血清钙、镁及LDL-C、IL-8、脂联素、MMP-9水平均呈现一定的波动幅度,可为其诊断及治疗提供依据。

Objective： To explore the change regularity of serum calcium, magnesium, low- density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL - C）, interleukin - 8 （ IL - 8 ）, adiponectin and matrix metalloproteinase - 9 （ MMP - 9 ） levels in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP） . Methods： 62 patients with HDCP who were treated in the hospital from June 2008 to Decemer 2009 were selected as observation group, 62 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group at the same time ; the serum levels of calcium, magnesium, LDL- C, IL- 8, adiponectin and MMP -9 in the two groups were detected and compared. Results： The serum levels of calcium, magnesium, adiponectin and MMP - 9 in observation group were lower than those in control group, while the serum levels of LDL - C and IL - 8 in observation group were higher than those in control group, the fluctuation range became larger and larger with the aggravation of HD- CP, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The serum levels of calcium, magnesium, LDL - C, IL - 8, adiponectin and MMP - 9 of patients with HDCP show a certain fluctuation range, which can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of HDCP.
