宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术的临床疗效和安全性分析

Analysis on the clinical efficacy and safety of submucous uterine myoma electroresection under hysteroscope

目的:观察宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择我院2008年9月～2009年11月收治的黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者126例,其中0型45例(A组),Ⅰ型46例(B组),Ⅱ型35例(C组),均采用宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术治疗,比较3组患者的治疗情况。结果:A、B组患者的术中出血量明显少于C组,且住院时间明显短于C组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后:A、B组满意率分别为97.8%、95.7%,略高于C组的91.4%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);所有患者手术后无严重并发症出现。结论:宫腔镜下黏膜下子宫肌瘤电切术临床疗效确切,且安全性好,尤其适用于0型及Ⅰ型黏膜下肌瘤患者。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of submucous uterine myoma electroresection under hysteroscope. Methods： 126 patients with submucous uterine myoma who were treated in the hospital from September 2008 to November 2009 were selected, including 45 patients with type 0 submucous uterine myoma （A group）, 46 patients with type I submucuus uterine myo- ma （B group） and 35 patients with type II submucous uterine myoma （C group）, all the patients were treated with submueous uterine myo- ma eleetroresection under hysteroseope, the therapeutic situations in the three groups were compared. Results： The amounts of blood loss during operation in A group and B group were significantly less than that in C group, the hospitalization times in A group and B group were significantly shorter than that in C group （P 〈0. 05） ; the satisfaction rates of A group and B group were 97. 8% and 95.7%, respectively, which were slightly higher than that of C group, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） ; no serious complications occurred after operation. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of submucous uterine myoma electroresection under hysteroseope is definite, and the safety is good, the method is suitable for the patients with type 0 and type I submueous uterine myoma especially.
