徐州市中小学生零食消费行为现状调查 被引量:6

Investigation on the current situation of snacks consumption behavior among primary and secondary students in Xuzhou

摘要 目的:了解徐州市中小学学生的零食消费现状,为学生零食消费的健康教育提供基础资料。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样,对徐州市两所初中和一所小学的学生零食消费现状进行问卷调查,使用SPSS16.0进行数据统计分析。结果:中小学生吃零食的主要原因是饥饿或口渴(37.6%);中小学生常吃的零食顺位前3位依次为新鲜水果或全果汁、薯片方便面以及糖果糕点。中小学生选择零食的影响因素前3位分别是个人口味、卫生和新鲜度以及营养(P<0.05)。结论:中小学生零食消费行为存在一定误区,需加强营养知识的健康教育,尤其是如何合理选择和消费零食知识。 Objective: To understand the status of snacks consumption among primary and secondary students in Xuzhou, provide basic data for health education of snacks consumption among students. Methods: Stratified cluster random sampling was used in the study, the current situations of snacks consumption among the primary students from a primary school and the junior high school students from two junior high schools were surveyed by a questionnaire, SPSS16. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: The main cause of snacks consumption among primary and secondary students was hunger and thirstiness (37.6%) . The top three most frequently consumed snacks of primary and secondary students were fresh fruits or whole fruit juice, chips/instant noodles and sweet/pastry. The top three effect factors of choosing snacks were personal taste, clean, freshness and nutrition ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: A certain misunderstanding exists in the snacks consumption behavior among primary and secondary students, the health education of nutritional knowledge should be enhanced, especially the knowledge about how to choose and consume snacks rationally.
