宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮对子宫内膜息肉的疗效分析

Analysis on the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic electrocision combined with mifepristone in treatment of endometrial polyps

目的:观察宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效。方法:2009年该院92例子宫内膜息肉患者随机分为两组,观察组46例采用宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗,对照组46例采用传统刮宫术治疗,比较观察两组的临床疗效、对月经量的影响及复发情况。结果:两组的手术成功率均为100%,而观察组的手术时间及术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后6个月及12个月月经量均较术前明显减少(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月及12个月月经量均明显小于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮对子宫内膜息肉进行治疗,具有手术时间短,术中出血量少及复发率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopic electrocision combined with mifepristone in treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods： 92 patients with endometrial polyps from the hospital in 2009 were divided into two groups randomly, 46 patients in observation group were treated with hysteroscopic electrocision combined with mifepristone, while 46 patients in control group were treated with routine curettage; the clinical efficacies, the effects on menstrual volumes and recurrence rates in the two groups were compared and observed. Results： The success rates of operation in the two groups were both 100%. The operation time and the amount of blood loss during operation in observation group were lower than those in control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . The menstrual volumes in the two groups at 6 and 12 months after operation were significantly lower than those before operation （P 〈 0. 05） . At 6 and 12 months after operation, the menstrual volumes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . The recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Hysteroscopic electrocision combined with mifepristone has the advantages of shorter operation time, less amount of blood loss during operation and lower recurrence rate in treatment of endometrial polyps, which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
