2010年北京市延庆县首批流感病例样的实验室病原学检测

摘要 目的确定不明原因聚集性发热疫情的病原体,为制定防治措施提供实验室依据。方法采集12份病例的咽拭子,应用Real-time RT-PCR技术进行病原学检测。结果 8份病例样本为甲型H3N2病毒核酸阳性,4份样本为阴性。结论此次聚集性发热为甲型H3N2流感疫情。 Objective To determine the pathogens of an unexplained aggregation of heat for developing control measures. Methods 12 throat swabs were collected for pathogen detection by real-time RT PCR. Results 8 samples were influenza H3N2 positive,4 samples were negative. Conclusion The unexplained aggregation of heat is an epidemic of influenza H3N2.
