视力筛选仪在儿童视力筛查中的应用

目的:探寻一种快速、简便而又准确的儿童视力筛查方法,以便早期发现视力异常。方法:用国际标准视力表和视力筛选仪对胶南市10所托幼园所3502名3～6岁儿童进行视力测试,对视力异常者进行散瞳检影验光。结果:两者筛查均异常328人,占受检总人数的9.36%;视力筛选仪检测正常,视力表检测异常39人(1.11%);视力筛选仪检测异常,视力表检测正常61人(1.74%)。两种方法初筛、复筛结果应用统计学处理,P>0.05无显著性差异。确诊为弱视142人(4.05%)。结论:视力筛选仪迅速、简便,能精确反映儿童早期屈光状态,可早期发现视力异常。
