摘要
采用SPSS13.0软件对问卷调查的统计数据进行了因素分析、描述性统计分析、独立样本T检验和多因素方差分析,并通过Scheffe进行事后多重比较,分析组群之间的差异性,结果显示珠三角导游人员的薪酬满意度较低,导游人员的离职倾向较强,薪酬满意度与离职倾向呈负相关关系,在组成薪酬满意度的四个维度中,导游人员对薪酬水平最不满意。因此,旅行社要制定合理的薪酬制度,提高导游人员的薪酬满意度,达到降低导游人员离职率的目的。
By using SPSS13.0 software to analyze the statistical data of the questionnaire and by using the methods of factor analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, multivariate analysis, and the Scheffe method, this paper shows that tourist guides in the Pearl River Delta have comparatively low salary satisfaction and strong turnover intention. Turnover intention is negatively correlated with the salary satisfaction. Tourist guides are most dissatisfied with the salary level in the four dimensions of salary satisfaction. Therefore, travel agencies should develop a reasonable salary system and improve the salary satisfaction of tourist guides to reduce their turnover rate.
