摘要 近年来我国信用卡产业快速发展,信用卡正在成为城乡居民日常消费、支付结算和信用借贷的重要工具。但是,在信用卡市场发展中仍然存在粗放式发展、品牌间差异性小、信用卡使用频率低、重"量"不重"质"、相关违法案件与日俱增等问题。针对这些问题,发卡机构应根据客户需求细分市场,进行科学的市场营销策略,并且在发卡对象和数量方面坚守审慎原则;监管部门则应加强监管,严厉打击信用卡犯罪,促进信用卡市场的健康发展。 With the fast development, of society in recent years, credit cards are playing a very important role in people's life. On the one hand, it can positively promote social development, meet customers' requirements, reduce transition cost and stimulate consumption. On the other hand, for lack of the pre- fect system and regulations, many problems arise in the credit card market, such as extensive develop- ment, less diversity between different brands, low frequency of availability of credit cards, more atten- tion to quantity than quality, and increasing risks and crimes in this market. This paper aims to find out the reasons for such problems and try to give some suggestions, i. e. , taking scientific marketing strategies, carrying out the strict regulations of providing credit cards and taking strong measures against crimes in this field.
